Thanks to my wonderful cast of
“A Hyacinth Coat and a Chartreuse Hat” which was performed tonight as a private staged reading at the historic Actor’s Temple on W.47th Street in NYC. They really went beyond themselves tonight to deliver a truly memorable event that was more like a performance of a new play with music and not like a stage reading at all.
In alphabetical order they were Kate Abbruzzese, Richard Currie, Darrie Lawrence, Pepe Nufrio, Dave Quay, Judith Roberts and Mike Roche. One of the greatest gatherings of unique actor/singers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.
And a special thanks to Carol Ostrow and Rabbi Jill of the 100 year Old Actors’ Temple. The place is historic, unique and magical.
It was a real turning point my life tonight.
Congratulations to all these talented people for their belief, dedication and support. It just overwhelms me.
